My stay at this hotel started with quite a bit of frustration due to the mishandling of my room reservations, but the staff tried their best to resolve the issues. While the rooms I experienced were pretty decent and clean, the overall guest service left much to be desired due to the lack of management support. The ambiance of the place had a certain charm, likely due to its historical aspect, but parking was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was an average experience.

Staying at Hotel Delaware was like stepping back in time, with a perfect mix of historic charm and modern comfort.
